145 Hectares in extent, with 10.5 Hectares under well established vineyard. The vineyard is comprised of 9 Ha Sauvignon Blanc, 1.5 Ha Pinot Noir and 1 Ha Weisser Riesling.
The farm is a natural plateau and the Vineyard is split into two areas with an small airplane runway in the middle.
There is one earth dam at the top of the property and water is pumped mainly from the spring below to increase amount of available water.
Infrastructure includes a workshop and storage shed, well established vineyard and electric fencing securing the vineyard portion of the property and a bit more. This is one of the larger local farms and the vineyard can certainly be extended, making this a key property for current and future investments. The property has been agriculturally farmed since 1970 and vineyard was established in 2007. Plettenberg Bay is fast becoming a “MCC” capital of South Africa with the local and international market supporting and appreciating the offerings of the smaller vineyards in the area which are already winning awards for their high quality produce.
