Office revamp and Opening:
| About 100 people attended the opening event of our newly renovated offices last month. Hein Pretorius, owner broker, said that the renovation was in part to upgrade the offices to a more contemporary style and operation work flow and to celebrate the business’ success over the past few years. “We achieved the highest market share in the network last year and had two of our best years ever consecutively, and needed our office ambience to reflect this. We went for a look that was very modern and exciting, yet maintained the laidback beach town feeling. We have always prided ourselves with being market leaders in technology. For example, our little Plett office was one of the first estate agencies in South Africa to introduce digital photography back in 1996, and more recently to introduce aerial photography to the mix. Watch this space as we have a few new ideas we’re working on. We added new technology to our office too, which allows us to showcase our sellers’ properties to the best advantage.
